Support Tickets — Create and Track Support Requests on EasyCloudify™
TL;DR — EasyCloudify™ Support Center lets subscribers submit technical support tickets, track status, and exchange replies with the EasyCloudify™ team — all from
/cloudpanel/support.
What is the EasyCloudify™ Support Center?
The EasyCloudify™ Support Center is the in-dashboard ticket management system where you create support requests, track their status, and communicate with the EasyCloudify™ support team. Access is gated to subscribers with an active Support or Managed WordPress plan. Access it at /cloudpanel/support.
Before You Start
- You have an active Support or Managed WP plan subscription (see Plans & Billing)
How to Access the Support Center
In the sidebar, click Support. You land on /cloudpanel/support.
If you do not have a qualifying subscription, EasyCloudify™ shows a subscription gate:
"Get premium technical support from our cloud infrastructure experts."
Subscribe to a Support or Managed WP plan to unlock access.
How to View Your Tickets
When subscribed, the Support Center page displays the TicketList component — a list of all your open and resolved support tickets with title, status, and last activity.
How to Create a New Support Ticket
Step 1 — Click New Ticket
From the ticket list, click the New Ticket button. You are taken to /cloudpanel/support/new.
Step 2 — Fill In the Ticket Form
The TicketForm component presents the ticket submission form. Complete all required fields (subject, description of the issue, category).
💡 Tip: Provide as much detail as possible in your ticket — server ID, error messages, steps to reproduce, and what you expected to happen. Detailed tickets get faster resolutions.
Step 3 — Submit
Submit the form. EasyCloudify™ creates the ticket and redirects you to the ticket detail page at /cloudpanel/support/[id].
How to View a Ticket and Replies
Navigate to /cloudpanel/support/[id] to view the full ticket thread. The TicketDetail component displays:
- The original ticket content
- All replies from the EasyCloudify™ support team
- A reply input to send new messages
Access control is enforced server-side: you can only view tickets that belong to your account. Unauthorized access returns a 404 error.
Troubleshooting
Issue: The Support Center shows a subscription gate even though I believe I have a plan. Why it happens: The subscription check validates whether your account has an active Support or Managed WP subscription. An expired or cancelled plan does not grant access. Fix: Navigate to Plans & Billing and verify your subscription status.
